The investment seeks to provide a high level of current income consistent with preservation of capital. The fund invests primarily in a diversified pool of investment-grade fixed-income securities, which includes corporate securities, U.S. government securities, asset-backed securities and mortgage-backed securities (securitized products), bank loans, and foreign securities.

The Morningstar Medalist Rating™ is the summary expression of Morningstar’s forward-looking analysis of investment strategies as offered via specific vehicles using a rating scale of Gold, Silver, Bronze, Neutral, and Negative.
