Madeline O’Donnell is a Senior ESG Analyst for the Principal Asset Management real estate team. She is responsible for Identifying and managing strategic projects to improve sustainability outcomes and coordinating implementation at property and portfolio level, analyzing environmental performance data, and supporting ESG reporting. Madeline joined the firm in 2016 as an Acquisitions Analyst, covering the Eastern Region of the United States. She received a BA in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Northern Iowa, and an MBA with an emphasis in Leadership from the University of Iowa. Madeline is a LEED Green Associate and Fitwel Ambassador.
