Jeffrey Menz is a Managing Director - Portfolio Management for the Principal Asset Management real estate team. He is responsible for managing portfolios for a number of separate account mandates for clients while also serving as co-PM on the Data Cetner Growth and Income Fund. Jeffrey joined the firm in 1995. He spent five years in asset management followed by five years as an Acquisition & Disposition Manager before moving into portfolio management in 2005. Prior to his current role, Jeffrey served as a Tax Accountant for Ernst & Young. He received an MBA in finance from Drake University and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Northern Iowa. Jeff is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers (NAREIM).
