Sebastian Dooley is a Senior Fund Manager for the Principal Asset Management real estate team. He is responsible for investment strategy and oversight, equity and debt capital formation and management, and structured transactions for data centres across Europe. Sebastian also leads Principal’s European Data Centre strategies, having set up the European data centre investment team in 2020, and is based in London. Sebastian joined the firm in 2017. Prior to his current role, he managed a pan European logistics separate account and served as Assistant Fund Manager for the European Core Property Strategy at Principal. Earlier in his career, Sebastian worked in the Corporate Finance department at Telereal Trillium. Sebastian has over a decade of real estate investment experience. He received a Master’s degree in Natural Sciences (Physics and Economics) from Durham University. Sebastian has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation and is a member of the CFA Institute.
