Paul Lewis is a Managing Director - European Data Centers for the Principal Asset Management real estate team. Paul joined the firm in 2021. Prior to his current role, Paul began his career at Vail Williams, where he specialized in Landlord and Tenant valuations. He joined SERGO in 2000 and served them in multiple roles, including Corporate Acquisitions Manager, Groupe Business Development Manager, Regional Director, and Director for Group Data Centre’s. In 2008, as Regional Director, Paul presided over the growth of the Group’s largest asset, the Slough Trading Estate, into the pre-eminent data centre campus in Europe with 30 facilities operated by companies such as Equinix, CyrusOne, Virtus and NTT and led its European Data Centre Group. After his promotion to Director for Group Data Centres in 2020, Paul was responsible for data centre development across Western and Central Europe. Paul is a Chartered Surveyor with experience working as an asset manager in the industrial and data centre sectors.
