Ellen Bennett is a Senior Associate, Portfolio Management for the Principal Asset Management real estate team. She is responsible for portfolio statistics and analytics, annual business plans and quarterly reporting for the Principal U.S. Property Aggregate, the firm’s core, open-end strategy. Ellen joined the firm in 2020. Prior to her current role, Ellen served as an investment associate at American Equity and before that as an acquisition intern with the Principal Asset Management Real Estate team. Ellen received a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from The University of St. Thomas.
