Jonathan Frank is a Manager - Research for the Principal Asset Management real estate team. He is responsible for quantitative methods/research, financial modelling, data analytics and covers the industrial property type. Jonathan joined the firm in 2018. Prior to his current role, Jonathan served as an Actuary in model development and asset liability management for annuity portfolios at Athene and Sammons Financial Group. He received a B.S. in financial economics and a B.A. in mathematics from the University of Iowa.
