Ross Johnson is an Associate Director, Portfolio Management for the Principal Asset Management real estate team. He is responsible for portfolio statistics and analysis, attribution, annual business plans and quarterly reporting for the Principal U.S. Property Aggregate, the firm’s core, open-end strategy. Ross joined the firm in 2011. Prior to his current role, Ross served on various teams including New Business Development, CMBS Securitization, and Private Debt origination. He received a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from The University of Northern Iowa.
