Todd White is a Managing Director-Portfolio Management for the Principal Asset Management real estate team. He is responsible for serving as the fund manager of the Principal Enhanced Property Fund, LP on which he has worked since its inception in 2004. Todd joined the firm in 2000. Prior to his current role, Todd served as an Acquisition Manager at Clark Retail Enterprises (Chicago) and as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte. Todd was an Elijah Watts Sells Award bronze medalist on the May 1994 CPA exam. He is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA) and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers (NAREIM). He received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Northern Iowa.
