Phillip Jacoby is a Executive Director & Chief Investment Officer at Spectrum Asset Management. Hutton & Co. as a Vice President and Institutional Salesman, Generalist Fixed Income Sales through most of the 1980s. He received a BSBA in Finance from Boston University Questrom School of Business.
